Position Purpose:

The Supervisor of Women's Health Center is responsible to plan, organize, staff, direct and insure collaborative multidisciplinary patient care delivery.

What you will do:

MANAGING HUMAN PERFORMANCE: Provides coaching, direction, and supervision for the imaging center(s) for all staff members with complete accountability for operations Recruits, develops, counsels, evaluates and retains staff within appropriate HR policies and guidelines. Demonstrates appropriate clinical competencies.EDUCATION and DEVELOPMENT: Directs the planning and implementation of Center education/training which promotes professional competence and personal growth and ensures optimal patient care.FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE: Ensures financial performance and profitability through the development and monitoring of the operating and capital budgets for designated Center. Manages the operations to meet productivity targets. Is responsible for supply and equipment control and cost containment.PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT: Direct all quality monitoring for the Center, focusing on optimal patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, risk management, and continuous quality improvement program for Center services. What we are looking for:

· Education:· Graduate of an approved Radiology Technology program; or Certification from an accredited ultrasound program; or Baccalaureate degree in Radiology Technology preferred.Licensure / Certification: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration in Radiology, required; and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration in Mammography requiredValid State of Ohio Radiologic License required; or ARDMS registered or ARRT registered in UltrasoundPreferred but not required- additional credentialing in Breast Sonography ARDMS (BR), or -ARRT(BR)Experience: Three years experience as a staff mammographer required. Three years experience in a healthcare operations supervisory position preferred.BLS healthcare provider training required.Must be able to travel to multiple work/business sites.
