Job Overview
Responsible to provide professional and administrative supervision to PATH caseworkers and consumers. Ensures provision of case management, medical and psychiatric services to all active clients. Meets all contractual levels of service to funding and accrediting sources.
QualificationsWork requires the knowledge of theories, principles and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Master's degree in Social Work Psychology or closely related field and three to five years of previous work related experience plus six to twelve months of on the job training and orientation. NJ Licensure preferred commensurate to degree. Valid driver’s license required, as well as compliance with Qualifications to Drive a System Vehicle as well as all policies as outlined in the SJHS Fleet Management & Safety Program. Work requires the analytical ability necessary to resolve problems requiring a professional level of knowledge. Work requires the clinical and supervising ability necessary to resolve problems requiring a professional level of knowledge in the Mental Health field and design complex clinical programs to meet the needs of the population being served.
