**Job Title: Supervisor** **Job Description** The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch, including the management of assets. **Responsibilities** + Interviewing, hiring, and training new team members. + Conducting performance appraisals, team member counseling, and disciplinary actions. + Addressing complaints and resolving problems when possible. + Communicating regularly with the Regional Operations Manager and Human Resources when needed. + Instilling and maintaining a customer service-oriented philosophy in all interactions. + Preparing and submitting the annual operational budget for approval and developing plans for efficient resource use. + Participating in planning personnel safety, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and making recommendations regarding safety issues. + Coordinating with customers and Branch management to evaluate, promote, and provide improved and expanded services. + Using vehicles to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner. + Other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Ability to perform basic clerical and physical tasks. + Strong leadership and organizational skills. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to read and write comprehensive detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos. + Proficient in basic math skills. + Ability to lift 50 pounds. + Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills. + Supervisory and time management skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be able to stand on their feet for the entirety of the shift. + Attendance, punctuality, and communication are the most important qualities. + Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. **Why Work Here?** If you perform well, this position has the potential to become permanent. The facility is hot in the summer and cold in the winter, with all concrete surfaces. Employees must work on their feet on concrete surfaces. A no cell phone policy is in place; phones must be left in lockers and cannot be used on the floor. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Growing organization with a strong culture.
