Supervisor Details:

Direct Hire position$50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Monitor production standards to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality and meet customer objectives.Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity.Ensure production lines are running up to standards daily.Make sure Bill of Materials are being followed for product running on production lines.Ensure production schedules are being met.Coordinate downtime activity with Maintenance personnel and Management.Ensure all SOP’s and safety prevention procedures are being followed.Conduct weekly safety meetings with hourly employees.Directly supervise a group(s) of hourly personnel performing various production duties on multiple lines.

Supervisor Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED5 or more years of experience in an industrial supervisor position
