Job Description

The Shift Supervisor assists in maximizing the café/restaurant's operations and profitability by providing service excellence through the supervision of the café/restaurant team.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise opening and closing procedures when scheduled as the Manager on Duty.Uphold all company operational standards to ensure a positive guest experience.Create an excellent service experience for our customers.Represent the brand positively.Provide prompt service and quality products.Maintain a clean and comfortable environment.Essential SkillsSupervisory experience in hospitality or retail, ideally in fast food or fast casual settings.Strong commitment to excellent customer service and food quality.Ability to complete opening and closing of the restaurant on a daily basis.A knack for providing top-notch interactive service to customers.Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery.Additional Skills & QualificationsManagement supportCustomer serviceRestaurant managementWork Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
