Responsibilities

The Supervisor - Bowling Alley is responsible for assisting with the planning and direction of the Bowling Alley operations, including all related management functions with the end result of a positive guest experience.

Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, merchandising, greeting ALL guests, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.Provide exemplary guest service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to guest inquiries and complaints.Monitor sales activities to ensure that guests receive exemplary service and quality merchandise.Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming mannerEnsure that all games are working properlyReport major equipment problems to managementAssist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our gamesPromote all of our center’s awesome offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guestsUnload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade’s redemption centerMaintain a clean and organized arcade areaMaintain a professional and positive relationship with vendors, Guests and co-workersCreate a work environment that is safe, professional, friendly and conducive to a high level of morale, productivity and performancePerforms all other related and compatible duties as assigned.Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year of supervisory experience or leading team of front line employeesMust possess strong organizational skills and attention to detailMust possess problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with all levels of managementMust be able to work extended hours, overnight hours, weekends and holidays as needed

 

Work Environment:

Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a store setting, which can be fast-paced. Responsibilities are also performed in a warehouse environment where temperatures fluctuate. There may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.

While performing the duties of this job, the supervisor is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to work standing/walking for long periods of time
