Supervisor Call Center Operations - Claims Processing

Working under the direction of the Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Support Services department with strong emphasis in Customer Service supervision.  Additional responsibilities include reporting functions to ensure compliance with AB1455, attention to CMS guidelines and department policy and procedures.

Required qualifications:

3 years of experience as a Claims Examiner in an IPA, Medical Group, or Health Plan and knowledge of HIPAA and AB1455. 2 years of customer service experience within the healthcare/insurance industry. Experience in leadership/facilitation skills.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in medical/institutional claims examining within a medical group/IPA setting claims processing experience. Access, Teleform and IDX experience.
