Provides leadership and supervision of the daily operations of Care Management Services under the direction of the Manager Care Management Services. This work includes planning, coordinating, and directly supervising the activities of the case management, utilization review, social services and navigation teams for assigned areas/departments. Assists the manager in establishing, implementing, and monitoring best practice and clinical/regulatory standards to assure quality of patient care and the financial integrity of the organization.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire 3 years of Clinical nursing, including acute care hospital and/or ambulatory clinic experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Certification as an Accredited Case Manager from the American Case Management Association or as a Certified Case Manager from the Commission for Case Managers upon hire 2 years of Case Management experience including utilization review, care management, care coordination, discharge planning, or population health.
