General Summary
Supervises the Centralized Support Team in their duties to support primary care and specialty practices with outreach, inbasket management, scanning and other administrative tasks. Collaborates with the director to incorporate LEAN management to promote the efficiency of this centralized team in supporting the demands of our practices. Provides leadership and direction to the Centralized Support Team, develops and initiates plans to enhance the team's ability to support the practices using a centralized approach and focus.

Selects, trains/orients, assigns staff, evaluates performance, prepares work schedules and initiates or makes recommendations for personnel actions. Works with the leadership to manage budgets. Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation. Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops. Responsible for the care and maintenance of department/entity equipment and supplies. Enters and/or retrieves data from established computer files using knowledge of various computer software applications.Qualifications

Work Experience:
