Job Posting: 

Provide supervisory, administrative and operational support oversight for functions and special projects on a day to day basis as required. 

  

In this role, an ideal candidate: 

Builds relationships & trust quickly  Maintains cross-functional partnerships with primary care clinics and hospitals  Has excellent communication skills, working with everyone from schedulers to executive medical directors  Advocates for their team and facilities  Facilitates process implementation for improving clinic operations  Is tech-savvy and adaptable  Has program management experience  Has experience in Process improvement and/or dally management systems

Required Qualifications: 

Coursework/Training: Completion of at least one year of Business College or advanced secretarial, medical terminology, or office management training or level of knowledge equivalent to that acquired through completion of at least one year of Business College or advanced secretarial, medical terminology, or office management training. 3 years of Progressively more responsible work experience in a health care office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Supervisory experience desired.
