The role you’ll contribute:

Provide leadership in daily operations of the practice. Responsible for administration of business, financial and clinical functions of the practice. Assists in the development and maintenance of physician and community relations to further the delivery of Centura’s healthcare services within the community. Practices personal accountability and leads staff to be personally accountable for achieving set goals and objectives as well as mission and core values. Assumes daily responsibility for the overall operations of the clinic and community initiatives so that quality patient care is delivered in the most cost-effective manner while enhancing the quality and safety of care delivery.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Provide leadership for all clinic services: expansion and growth of services, physician relations, personnel, and marketing and community relations. Facilitates creative development of new processes and standards that ensure quality patient care and a smooth-running business unit. Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring the service and facility operations and programs and initiating required changes or improvements.

Educates staff in performance improvement activities while coaching staff for enhanced problem solving and critical thinking.

Recruits, selects, monitors, develops, coaches, and mentors’ staff to achieve outcomes for quality patient care. Oversees the clinic staff in all activities to ensure high quality standards are met and to keep facility running smoothly. Responsible for all aspects of patient billing including Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, MMA and Workman’s Comp as well as commercial plans. Proficient in practice management, electronic medical records.

Identifies the best methods for accomplishing long- and short-term goals by creating plans and evaluating unit performance objectively. Recognizes and embraces opportunities for improvement in the service of the facilities and organization’s goals.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

High School Diploma or GED

Two years of experience working in a physician practice
