This position will oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the recruiting coordinator team, ensuring seamless and efficient processes for backgrounds, drug testing, state regulations, and other preboarding activities for new hires. **The Clinical Pre-Boarding Operations Supervisor** will leverage vendors, technology, and various resources to drive performance, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the recruiting operations team. (i.e., Workday enhancements, etc.). + Lead and manage key Talent Acquisition operations projects, ensuring timely delivery, coordination across teams, and alignment with organizational goals. + Strong understanding of state and federal healthcare job requirements + Share best recruiting coordination best practices. + Subject Matter Expert for recruiting process and policy inquiries for background and onboarding. + Trains and supports ongoing mentorship for team members. + Performs and supports staff in processing background checks and other pre-hire activities. + Supports vendor relationship management (job boards, marketing, staffing agencies, background/drug testing vendors, etc.). + Collaborates with TA leadership, recruiters and hiring managers to improve recruiting/ preboarding processes and efficiencies. + Conduct performance reviews and other people management activities. + Provides analysis reports as needed. What is Required? + High School Diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field preferred + Clinical Pre-Boarding Experience + 3 years of Human Resources or recruiting related experience + Previous experience in Recruiting Operations, including new hire preboarding, pre-employment checks, employee referral programs, and other related responsibilities preferred. + Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in recruiting preboarding activities strongly preferred + Proven experience leading and managing large complex projects preferred + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) + Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred + Experience with Workday is preferred + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment + Attention to detail + Ability to interconnect process and technology + Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 25 lbs.
