Supervisor CMMS Integration Support

The Supervisor, CMMS Integration Support will take a lead role in providing support for the organization’s CMMS database application system and technology. This position provides technical expertise on the CMMS database application to all end users within the organization and functions as a subject matter expert for strategic use of the system. This position mentors peers on data practices and use of data analytical tools. The Supervisor will implement data management policies in partnership with the Director of Regulatory Compliance Support. This position will liaison with Operations, IS and the PMO Program Manager on utilization and structure of the CMMS system. This position is located at Home Office. Responsibilities CMMS Support (40%) Support System Program Manager (PMO) with daily operational changes to the database. Responsible for coordinating the workload for the CMMS Support team, including distributing projects or assignments. Gather, compile, and document data with regard to processes and/or systems. Accountable for projects to expand software responsibility and coverage including new building acquisition and incorporating other departments into the CMMS system. Provide leadership to other team members in process improvement, project, and data management. Provide subject matter expertise in facility operations, data, CMMS, and training execution. Function as a liaison between technical staff and customers to provide a rich customer experience and troubleshooting. Data Management (20%) Process requests to update/add/delete data in the database. Maintain data management system for Facilities Management, including formatting, nomenclature, structure, and architecture for inputting data consistently into the database. Coordinate with other departments within Medxcel to establish baseline procedures for data entry and processes. Data Analytics and Reporting (20%) Gather data requirements from customers for use in reporting and business intelligence. Mentor CMMS Support team on data best practices and reporting software. Change to: Ability to analyze CMMS data by leveraging internal data sources and using third-party software to produce expert data modeling. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports from CMMS to support operational needs. Partner with IT to support the automation of customer reports and asset management. Leadership (20%) Lead and manage change through a business startup and rapidly evolving priorities. Empower team members to achieve professional goals and individual development plans by providing resources and coaching. Recruit, lead, and develop an action-oriented staff with a focus on functional expertise, customer service, and problem-solving skills. In partnership with Manager or Director, develop and communicate annual associate goals and objectives. Qualifications Education: Associates degree in related field OR 5+ years relevant experience in lieu of a degree- required. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar course of study-preferred. Experience: 4+ years of data analysis experience- required. Experience working with MS Applications including Field Services and Power BI-required. Experience in testing and release management for vendor software-required. Experience in implementing process improvements in organizations and work teams-required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint). Problem solving — identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyze information skillfully. Planning/organizing — prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and develop realistic action plans. Ability to adapt – adapt quickly to changes in scope or direction and be flexible to adopting changes quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, including technology, tools, and processes. Ability to manage time and set priorities amidst multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to success. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
