POSITION PURPOSE:

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

Responsible for assisting Senior Manager in providing programmatic support, clinical evaluation, monitoring, supervision, administrative direction, planning, and development of the Community Treatment Team. Will maintain strong working relationships with internal and external providers. Will facilitate all clinical aspects of care as well as provide clinical supervision to all team members. Must possess the ability to analyze and interpret laws, regulations, policies and procedures governing the unit’s daily operationsDuties will include but not limited to recruiting and hiring qualified staff, provide service to SPMI population and manage the collection and use of program specific fidelity data.  Will provide on-call services on a rotating basis, as part of a team.

MINIMUM QUALILFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in Human Services or related field and 1 year of supervisor/lead experienceAct 33/34/73 clearances.Pre-Employment Physical/TB/Hep BPre-employment Drug ScreenValid driver’s licenseAbility to drive an organization vehicle/van

WORK SCHEDULE: This is a Exempt (salary) position.

Primarily Monday-Friday daylight with flexibility to meet consumer needs.  Some non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends and holidays) are required.
