Position Purpose:

The CT/MRI Supervisor is Responsible for the daily operation of the CT/MRI department including: performing CT/ or MRI procedures based upon credentials of applicant, manpower utilization quality of patient care delivery, cost effective utilization of available resources.

What you will do:

Performs a variety of diagnostic procedures both professional and non-clinical consistent with optimal image quality.Responsible for entering on-line charges in the computer system (Radiology Information System-RIS) and accountable for charges as specified by the Administrative Policy, ensuring a high level of accuracy.Responsible for implementation of goals, objectives, policies and procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements for CT/MRI.Performs a variety of technical and non-technical tasks and direct patient care activities requiring independent judgment and initiative

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of approved Radiologic Technology ProgramLicensure / Certification: Registered as a Radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). CT or MRI Certification required. Valid State of Ohio Radiological license required.Experience: Minimum of two years' experience as a CT or MR technologist required.Prior work experience in a hospital environment, specifically in CT or MR services. Recent and relevant supervisory experience in CT or MR preferred.Current CPR certification required.
