Your role at Baxter.

Main objective of the position:

Manage compliance with the different processes corresponding to the area . As well as providing timely follow-up to route releases on time, taking care of the shipping budget to each branch.

Route changes due to change of addressRouting allocation for new entriesComply with SOX financial controls and ethics in the management of operations as well as transportationProcess patient orders from Z file interfaceRouting (import and export, normal and special orders)Route release.Contact with branches (routes and specials)Establishment and compliance with annual operational and financial KPIsTimely monitoring of performance indicators.Follow up of the analyzes carried out for route restructureAnalysis of new entries and specials generated by the areaValidate compliance with the area's processes and proceduresTimely monitoring of product availability

What you'll bring

Engineering Degree on Transportation, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related careersAdvanced English is a must1 year in planning distribution routes Administration of national routes and knowledge of the Mexican Republic JDE System experience is desirableWarehouse management experience with health regulations and GMP'sKnowledge of comprehensive management systems. Inventory and logistics ERP systems (JDE, SAP, AS-400)Lean processes, STOP, Six Sigma, 6's and Project Management
