RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervises and accomplishes the inventory deployment for defined Refrigerated Foods product groups (900-1200 items)  from source location to RF Distribution Centers. Responsible for ensuring code date rotation of all inventory at the DC and cold storage and monitoring all inventory on suffix to make sure code dates are not improperly compromised. Coordinate deployment plan with operations/production planning to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective movement of product from the source location to the DC. Address order fill concerns and product allocation needs in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for continuous improvement KPIs such as order fill, double handling, outside storage usage, direct to customer shipments, truck weights and turn allowance/distressed product. Will be expected to cover some duties handled by immediate supervisor during times of supervisor vacation or absence.  

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

2-3+ years’ experience in supply chain Experience using Mainframe system Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and teamwork Efficiency in Excel and general knowledge of other MS Office applications Proven problem solving and continuous improvement skills Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident or have the authorization to work in the United States Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa

Preferred

Supervisory experience Bachelor’s degree Experience with AS/400 Warehouse Management System

 

LOCATION: Austin, MN (Global Headquarters) 
 


A comprehensive relocation package to the Austin, MN area will be offered, if required.

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel may be necessary 10% of the time.
