Essential Job Duties
•    Lead a team of up to 40 hourly employees and supervisors, to perform warehousing operation efficiently and safely to meet the service level expectations
•    Ensure new staff is trained and certified according to established SOPs and EHS compliance, at all times. Supervises the training processes and maintains documentations for site PIE equipment, administrates forklift telemetry software and corporate safety database. Reports potentially unsafe conditions; 
•    Meet, review and monitor the KPIs and quality objectives, including, but not limited to total recordable incident rate (TRIR), case fill rate (CFR), inventory accuracy, on-time shipment and delivery metrics (OTB), and OS&D metrics. 
•    Operate within JDA warehouse management system (WMS) and Rebus Labor Management (LMS). Cross reference shipment and inventory information in SAP.
•    Owns staffing a payroll for direct report roles, including evaluation process, IDP's, training and onboarding, hiring processes and corrective action policy, Kronos and workday administration.
•    Utilize MS Office suite, with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
•    Implement continuous improvement initiatives & facilitate problem solving within the warehouse to cultivate an environment for continuous improvement on the ground
•    Ensure efficient communication with the internal and external stakeholder
•    Ensure that all documented warehouse processes are implemented according to the set standards. Conduct regular internal audits to ensure that documented processes are followed strictly
•    Participate in, and supervise elements of site and company food safety, pest control, and quality assurance programs, including site audits, proper documentation, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

•    Studies shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
•    Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments. Adjusts errors and investigates and responds to complaints.
•    Inspects material handling equipment for defects and notifies appropriate personnel for repair.
•    Directs movement of shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas including managing and directing employees in loading and unloading trailers of palletized and non-palletized products.
•    Manages inventory and maintains accurate inventory records. Effective warehouse space planning, utilization and ensure high level of IRA at the warehouse by enforcing SOP and robust cycle count rhythm in place
•    Maintains area in accordance with all internal and external regulatory guidelines, i.e., OSHA, FDA, PDA, DOT, etc.
•    Manages the recording systems for amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
•    Manages and directs staff in cycle count inventory of all merchandise; records counts on cycle count sheets and adjusts inventory in system accordingly.
•    Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs workflows and procedures.
•    May perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements
5 years of Leadership experience in a Warehousing environment


Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$59,700-$85,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
