Key Responsibilities:This position is required to supervise facilities maintenance operations at United staffed maintenance locations. Responsible for the local maintenance planning and execution; productivity, accountability and dependability program execution and (SLA) service level agreement compliance delivering the optimum level of performance in support of safe and reliable airline operations. Partners with all local customer bases ensuring positive customer relations and service level goals achieved. Maintain a positive working together relationship in a union environment.

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed: Post-secondary education in a technical- or maintenance –related field, or equivalent work experienceExperience working with a Work Order Management SystemMinimum 2 years experience in a maintenance- related roleKnowledge of planning and execution of maintenance operations, leading a team of maintenance personnel, advanced computer skills.Possess related technical knowledgeLimited travel may be requiredWhat will help you propel from the pack:Associate’s degree in business or related fieldRelated Skills / Trades LicensesPrefer experience in building maintenance/systems-related maintenance operationsPrefer knowledge of facilities / building maintenance skills / trades, such as Electrical, HVAC, Conveyor, Plumbing, building maintenance / systemsExperience supervising employees under a Collective Bargaining AgreementThe base pay range for this role is $115,990.00 to $141,766.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
