This leadership position will represent Campus Dining on University campus and to the public. Will manage, hire, train, schedule, discipline, evaluate and terminate all union, temporary and student staff. Input payroll following union guidelines. Response to inquiries and complaints from students, staff and faculty. Maintain inventory and customer service needs.
