We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced software development supervisor to lead a team of talented software developers. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the team and designing, developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the team adheres to best practices, meets project deadlines, and contributes to the overall success of the company.

CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with building, managing, and optimizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines. This includes automating the software build, test, and deployment processes to ensure rapid and reliable releases. Git/GitHub: Proficiency in using Git for version control, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution. Experience with Github for code hosting, collaboration, and pull request workflows. Jira: Experience using Jira for project management, task tracking, and issue resolution. This includes creating and managing projects, setting up workflows, and generating reports. Clean Code Practices: A strong understanding of clean code principles, including writing readable, maintainable, and testable code. This includes following coding standards, using meaningful names, and avoiding code duplication. Controls Engineering: Familiarity with the principles of controls engineering, including feedback control systems, PID controllers, and system modeling. This knowledge will be used to develop software for controlling and monitoring physical systems. Microcontrollers: Experience with programming microcontrollers, including embedded C/C++ programming, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, CAN, Automotive Ethernet).Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Your responsibilities will include the following:
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Ensure the team adheres to clean code practices and coding standards. Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software releases. Utilize Jira and Jama for project management, issue tracking, and requirements management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including controls engineers and hardware engineers. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the development and maintenance of ASIL-compliant software for low-voltage automotive, power supply and management systems. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
