Job Summary/Basic FunctionOversee all aspects of Heavy Equipment operation provided by Grounds Services for MTSU including operation, coordination, servicing, and supervision of sanitation trucks (trash and recycling), roll back truck, dump trucks, backhoes, skid steers, tractors, and other related equipment.
Required EducationHigh School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE)
Required Related ExperienceThree (3) years successful experience with the operation of heavy equipment.
Required License/Registration/CertificationPossession of valid Tennessee operators drivers license and Class B endorsement (Commercial drivers license) required. The recommended candidate will be required to complete a full query through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Commercial Driver's License Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse prior to employment.
