Overview The Supervisor, Health Information Technology Training Analyst will supervise a team of training analysts and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on health information technology. Responsible for developing and adapting training materials and courses, conducting training needs assessments, and ensuring staff are effectively trained in health information technology systems, applications, and best practices. This position trains professional staff including Physicians and Nurses, clerical support staff, and other users in the healthcare environment. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience. · An additional nine (9) years of experience in a related field. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS · Must possess a valid driver’s license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating. · Have or obtain Cerner Trainer certification within the first year of employment.
