What will I be doing?
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for performing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Coordinate staff schedules according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees. Maintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front Desk. Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met. Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest happiness. Displays professional image through appearance, dress, and conduct. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA.
