Position Brand Description:
The Supervisor – IDAP Reach Packaging Operations is responsible for providing shift leadership in the Reach Packaging area. The Leader is responsible for daily operations including safety of the area, ensuring compliance with all policies/procedures/training, development of operators, ensuring resources are scheduled accordingly per the production plan, and helping resolve any production issues. Approximately 14-16 Direct Reports on Shift.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
Demonstrating and delivering a strong safety culture for the shiftDelivering strong quality performance for the shift in accordance with established proceduresInitiating Trackwise events for safety/quality incidents that occur in the areaEnsuring the shift follows all cGMP requirementsEnsuring staffing of the device packaging lines with trained/qualified operatorsSupervising, developing, and coaching operatorsIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity, and driving improvement in these areasCommunicating with area leadership and support personnel on safety, quality, engineering, and operational issuesEducation Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum Requirements:
