Our team uses innovative technology such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, Interventional and Nuclear Medicine to contribute to accurate diagnoses and patient care. This Supervisor will oversee all modalities at two outpatient locations, Deaborn Medical Park, and Imaging Center West.
Scope of work
Supervises the operations of the Corewell Health Hospitals Radiology Departments, through compliance with State, Federal and Joint Commission regulations. Plans, organizes, evaluates, controls, and supervises all functions of the Radiology Department for all modalities but not limited to: Computerized Tomography (CT), Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), PET/CT, Mammography, Ultrasound, and Support Staff. Works in collaboration with other team members and radiologists to continually improve services in support of the management team.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent in a Radiology/Imaging modality Required.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health care or related field Preferred.Three years of relevant clinical and or leadership experience in area of specialty within Radiology Required.One year of relevant experience supervisory Preferred.AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.In addition, one of the following is Required upon Hire:
