As a fast-paced, team-oriented organization we are we are seeking a highly skilled and professional Imaging Services Supervisor (X-Ray) to oversee our imaging department. As the Imaging Servies Supervisor, you will be responsible for the oversite of daily operations of the department, radiology staff and C-ARMS equipment. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with staff and other healthcare professionals.

What you will do:
- Manage and supervise a team of X- Ray team, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of imaging equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation of imaging studies
- Oversee the scheduling of imaging procedures, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
- Train and mentor staff on new techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to imaging procedures, patient information, and quality assurance measures
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in imaging technology and industry best practices

Requirements:
-Graduate of an accredited college in Radiologic Technology or US Military equivalent and --ARRT Registered required
-Bachelor degree preferred
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in area of Radiology
-Previous leadership experience preferred
-Ability to use a computer and department specific software and EHR programs
-BLS required
- Strong knowledge of imaging modalities such as X-ray, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, etc.
- Proficient in using imaging software and electronic medical record systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
