We are searching for a Supervisor Logistics! This is an exciting role to lead our team of Logistics Specialists and coordinate all activities within our Measurement Solutions Distribution Center.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Managing the European MSOL shipping responsibilities and team from Ede
- Being the contact person for European Measurement Solution Distribution center and all related activities
- Communicate and work with the different Sales Countries and representatives to streamline information and customer requirements to the different departments
- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers needed to perform special packaging, marking and labeling
- Logistics Supervisor oversees daily operations for inventory, distribution , consolidation , transportation or other processes that support the achievement of Organizational goals and KPIs for product delivery and customer satisfaction
- Logistic supervisor trouble shoots and resolves issues and ensures compliance with all Regulations and governing transportation of goods
- Contributes to the development of processes, procedures, improvement and new projects related to Logistics-Operations

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Expertise of VAT/Incoterms/Customs (Import/Export/documentation) and other shipping related responsibilities
- Experience using an ERP system, preferably Oracle, shipping system - TRAX
- Knowledge about Customs related certification: AEO, bonded warehouse is strongly preferable
- Fluent English language skills; verbal, reading and writing; Dutch language skills as well are a strong advantage
- Presentation skills, Communication skills, great with technology and applications (e.g. Power Point/Excel/Power BI)
- Ability to travel locally and globally as and when required (approximate 5%).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, or other relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 3-4 years of experience required in an Operations or Supply Chain environment.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience
