Coordinates team to deliver student care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards of care. Assists with planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of Adolescent Residential Treatment Program. Supervises and coordinates activities for assigned personnel. Fosters change and teamwork. May be assigned to special projects consistent with strategic, fiscal, and operational goals/targets. Performs clinical duties of the care role related to professional specialty, as required. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission of philosophy of the Providence Health & Services.
