Actividades y Conocimientos Requeridos: 

Coordina, supervisa y dirige las tareas de mantenimientoElaboración de presupuestoGestiona materiales y herramientas para los mantenimientosExcelente manejo de personal local y remotoControl de gastos e incidenciasConocimientos en mantenimiento general (preventivos y correctivos) y manejo de sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento.Atención a auditoriasSupervisión técnica de trabajos de sistemas HVAC y electromecánicosEstimar tiempos de respuestaElaboración de reportesVerificar que se cumpla las normas de seguridad e higieneTrabajo de campo en un 70%, administrativo 30%

Experiencia:

5 años como supervisor en el área de mantenimiento, con conocimientos técnicos de sistemas de HVAC y sistema eléctricoManejo de personal de 15-30 técnicos bajo su mandoExperiencia en retail o servicios móvilesExperiencia en manejo de CMMS
