Minimum Qualifications

 

High School diploma or GED and five (5) years of related operational experience, including supervisory or lead experience; ORBachelor's degree in a technical mining related discipline with at least one (1) summer internship experience (or equivalent) working in a mining or industrial environmentAdditional certifications or licensure appropriate to the job may be requiredKnowledge of supervisory methods and techniquesSkilled in resolving day-to-day questions/problems regarding equipment, materials, methods and procedures needed to complete projectsSkilled in budget preparation, monitoring and administrationAbility to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautionsSkilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazardsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

What We Offer You 

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $87,000-$121,000/Annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. What We Require
