Descripción Puesto de Trabajo

Conocimiento en procedimientos de acabados generales y construcción.

Conocimiento de Sistema de Gestión Ambiental (SGA) e ISO 14001.

Seguimiento a programas 2020 de servicios (conservación).

Atención y cierre de tickets de usuario (15 min).

Conocimiento en procedimientos seguridad e higiene uso de EPP, etc.

Requisiciones y control de inventario de materiales.

Seguimiento a proyectos o remodelaciones.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

Recorrido para validar cumplimiento de programas de conservación

Recorridos de verificación de instalaciones (conservación).

Recorridos para verificar la calidad de los trabajos de internos y proveedores externos.

Recorrido para recepción de proyectos realizados por BBVA.

Recorrido para validar de correcta ejecución norma ISO 14001.

Recorrido de bodegas cumplimiento SGA por medios electrónicos (QR)

Llenado de checklist por medios electrónicos (tablets).

Verificación de ejecución y cierre de reportes Z1, Z2 y Z3.

Actualizaciones de los diferentes controles de operación (drive).

Realizar notas informativas de hallazgos o mejoras detectadas.

Perfil Profesional (Aspectos Destacables)

Formación:

Tec. diseño industrial.

Tec. Arquitectura.

Formación Complementaria/Certificaciones:

Manejo de software: AUTOCAD, PAQUETERÍA OFFICE, 3D MAX, BI RAY, PHOTO SHOP

Experiencia (incluir años de experiencia):

3 años.

Otros adicionales (idioma, habilidades, etc.): Ingles básico
