Assists with training class and in service education to certified home health aides and personal care aides. Effectively manages patients on tele-monitors. Demonstrates exceptional triage skills and appropriate judgement/assessment skills to be able to make independent clinical decisions in monitoring patients and conducts appropriate follow up as needed. Provides leadership by guiding, teaching, developing and motivating others to perform in a manner that reflects the values of the system. Documents timely and in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements. Communicates effectively and maintains effective working relationships with others. Assumes duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinical Manager or designee. Provides nursing on-call coverage for the Agency.
