Supervisor of PAIC

We’re looking for qualified Clinical Review Specialist like you to join our Texas Health family.

 

Work Location: Remote, Texas Health Corporate, 612 E. Lamar Blvd., Arlington, TX 76011

Work Hours: Full-Time: Monday – Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm (will need to attend biannual meetings at the corporate office twice a year)

Qualifications

 

Here’s What You Need:

·        High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

·        2 Years Revenue Cycle, Healthcare or related organization (i.e: payor) required.

·        CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate Upon Hire required.

Skills:

·        Basic word processing, medical terminology, knowledge of insurance authorization, patient estimate and pre-service collections.

·        Excellent oral/written communication skills.

 

What You Will Do:

Daily supervisory duties for staff. This includes, but is not limited to, Staff scheduling and PTO approval, Quality Reviews, monitoring productivity, Employee coaching when required.

Ensure worklists are completed daily/weekly.

Work with customers, both internal and external, to resolve any outstanding issues that may arise between these areas and the PAIC staff in a professional and courteous manner. Prepare concise and accurate reporting to management of issues with proposed solutions.

Responsible for reviewing and completing Quality Review forms for the staff at the intervals determined by the PAIC leadership.

Facilitate monthly meetings and distribute minutes to attendees. Facilitate cross-training of all job duties w/in the operations team.

Responsible for monitoring daily, weekly, monthly reports. Makes adjustments to processes to ensure KPI's are achieved.

Other tasks/duties as assigned by PAIC leadership.
