Are you an experienced supervisor with a passion for inventory management and technology? At Zebra Technologies in Heerenveen, we are looking for a Supervisor Retail Solutions. In this role, you will lead a team that assembles our comprehensive solutions for periodic inventory in Retail. Do you have experience in logistics and assembly and want to work in an innovative environment where you take the lead? Do you enjoy having and maintaining international contacts? Responsibilities:

What You Will Do:

As a Supervisor Retail Solutions, you are responsible for the daily management of your team. You coordinate activities such as assembly, inventory management, quality control, shipping, and administrative tasks. Additionally, you are actively involved in these activities to optimally understand and improve processes. Outside of the team in Heerenveen, you also have contact with colleagues in the UK and the US to improve procedures and processes.

 

The Retail Solutions department offers companies complete solutions for inventory setups in the Retail sector. Our team prepares mobile computers by loading the customer’s assortment and integrates them with equipment such as access points and laptops. The entire process is supported by our cloud-based reporting systems. As a Supervisor, you play a key role in the successful execution of these processes.

“Higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level.”“Several years of experience in a leadership role within logistics or production.”“Technical insight in the direction of IT and willingness to work within the team.”“Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.”“Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).”“You are stress-resistant, can work independently, and do not have a 9-to-5 mentality.”“Ability to motivate, manage, and coach a team.”“Knowledge and skills in Lean Six Sigma.”
