Supervisor Optical Inspection

What you will be doing:
• Comply with GMP, EHS and SOX requirements and guidelines associated with the respective function
• People Management 20 and further development of the subordinate shift operators and team coordinators.
• Support production planning (together with planning, considering resources and priorities) with a focus on the fully and semi-automated inspection systems
• Support allocation of orders and teams to the corresponding production areas
• Daily Production tours and review of the tier 1 boards, initiating measures if necessary
• Monitoring the absences of subordinate shift operators and initiate measures
• Creating, processing, monitoring and closing non-conformances (quality investigations), corrections, CPAs and change controls
• Creation of performance trends from shift data, taking into account resources and priorities and definition and implementation of countermeasures.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following essential requirements:

Education:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree required; focused degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, or Industrial Automation (Technical, Data Analytics or Statistical degrees) or equivalent is preferred.

Experience and Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance, MSAT or Planning
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority, across functional teams and different levels of organization leadership
• Handling of non-conformances and contact persons regarding investigations as well as the definition of effective CAPAs

Preferred:
• Experience leading change in a Pharmaceutical and/or other cGMP manufacturing environment
• Experience in Visual Inspection

Other:
• Requires fluency in German and English (written and oral)
• Good problem-solving skills and a “can do” mentality
