Find your purpose with CentraCare working as a Patient Access Supervisor leading our team in Sauk Centre! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the training and continuing education needs of our Patient Access staff. You will coach staff across all Patient Access areas to ensure accuracy and completeness of their work, while also educating them on departmental procedures. Additionally, you will perform registration duties that require independent analysis, judgment, and detailed knowledge of hospital procedures.

Schedule

Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Sauk Centre  Monday – Friday | 8am – 4:30pm  Various weekend call and holidays 

Pay and Benefits

Starting pay begins at $22.72 per hour and increases with experience Pay range: $22.72 - $34.09 per hour Full-time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! 

Qualifications 

High school diploma or GED  Minimum of two years of revenue cycle experience or three years of leadership experience  Working knowledge of all prelude/ADT/scheduling/insurance authorization, referral and RTE functions within Epic
