Full Time: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm; occasional evening possible
General Summary
Supervises the day-to-day operations of their assigned Patient Access department. Monitors and supervises the department specific workflows in accordance with organizational policy. Monitors and supervises the work activity of assigned staff.

Selects, trains/orients, assigns staff, evaluates performance on a monthly/quarterly and annual basis, prepares and/or assists with work schedules, provides training and continuing education of staff and initiates/makes recommendations for personnel actions.Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops.Attends meetings as required.Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.Required for All Jobs:
