Supervisor-Patient Support- Raleigh, MS- 2nd shift 3:00pm - 1100pm Monday - Friday

Provide supervision, to subordinate staff to facilitate smooth operations.
Ensure adequate weekend staff coverage, including staff breaks, monitoring the use of overtime, and staff performance and supervisory duties as needed.
Ensure personnel actions are carried out on staff accurately and timely with input from the Risk manager on call or Administrator and approval as required by Director of Human Resources.
Monitor written training programs for documentation.
Monitor necessary documentation on data collection sheets, I/A reports, etc., for accuracy and timeliness.
Provide care and/or conduct patient/resident interactions in a manner appropriate for the age, culture, and population being served.
Follows all safety policies and adheres to all workers’ compensation program guidelines.
Complete investigation/allegation I & A reports as directed by Program Director/Risk Manager on call.
Monitor community outings and ensure all monies and receipts are turned in and accounted for according to company procedures.
Work closely with and ensure open communications with weekend charge nurse on duty to facilitate smooth operations.
Report all risk management issues to the nurse on duty promptly.
Other duties as assigned.
