This position is a direct supervisor for assigned drivers and is responsible for daily operations of transportation at assigned center or assigned transportation area. This position coaches, counsels, mentors staff and develops/presents 6 month and annual performance appraisals to direct reports. Taking lead on hiring and terminations with assist from supervisor/manager/HR/EP leadership as necessary. This role is responsible for smooth transportation operations at assigned center or for group of assigned drivers/staff.

5 years Driving experience. 2 years Experience in transporting people with special needs.Preferred Qualifications:
