Job DescriptionGlobal Business Services adds value to the McDonald’s system by providing best-in-class services and solutions that support our business effectively and efficiently in the areas of cost, time, quality and compliance. The McDonald’s GBS Finance Payroll Services Department is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality results in a timely and accurate manner while ensuring adherence to internal controls. McDonald’s Payroll Department provides services associated with the full life cycle of an employee (hire to retire services) to over 65,000 active employees located in both the US and Canada.
The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for leading the full US garnishment process as well as guiding the payroll processing and subsequent accounting for the Global Mobility assignees (inpats/expats). The position also plays a key role in ensuring adherence to internal controls, reporting and analyzing departmental metrics, and other special project duties related to payroll overall and its impact on the financial statements.
