Monitors the income & expenses to compare with the budget as documented by monthly reports. + Provide input to the pharmacy leadership team on departmental operational financial and human resources issues and initiatives. **Qualifications** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy is required. Advanced or Masters degree preferred (e.g. Pharm.D.) . + Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Pharmacist in an acute care setting and/or completion of an ASHP-accredited residency program. **Licensure:** + Registered Pharmacist license.
