Come grow your career with one of Arizonas Most Admired Companies.Look for us on Facebookand follow us on Twitter.For the health of our community ... we are proud to be a tobacco-free campus. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for the general supervision of the delivery and documentation of pharmaceutical care provided to patients using the medication use process (selecting prescribing dispensing administration and monitoring of medications). + Responsible for day-to-day management of pharmacy staff including scheduling annual evaluations orientation counseling interviewing candidates approval of time cards hiring and discipline of employees. + Provide input on budgetary considerations for their section at budget time. Monitors the income & expenses to compare with the budget as documented by monthly reports. + Provide input to the pharmacy leadership team on departmental operational financial and human resources issues and initiatives. **Qualifications** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy is required. Advanced or Masters degree preferred (e.g. Pharm.D.) . + Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Pharmacist in an acute care setting and/or completion of an ASHP-accredited residency program. **Licensure:** + Registered Pharmacist license.
