Seminole Classic Casino pioneered Indian gaming when it opened as the country’s first large stakes bingo hall in 1979, eventually expanding with gaming machines and poker. Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for assisting the Player’s Club Manager in implementing, coordinating, and managing all Club programs in accordance with company directives.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

May include but are not limited to:

Duties will include enrolling members into the Rewards Club, embossing and issuing club cards, transporting supplies and forms and assisting club members with questions, redemptions and special requestsAssist Player’s Club Manager with all Club activities including Club equipment ordering, installations and training. Responsible for assisting in the overseeing of the interviewing, selection, training, and discipline process of subordinate team members. Ensure Club Reports and supplies are processed and maintained. Meet and greet players on the floor at special events and at promotions. Supervise the Player’s Club booth when other supervisors are unavailable. Must provide and promote the highest level of customer service and outstanding guest relations. Will handle Player’s Club promotions and redemptions as applicable.Responsible for the gift/cash/gift card inventory issued. Must perform balance transactions with guests; prepare paperwork, balance sheets and documents in accordance with our Standards and Procedures
(S&P's), and within guidelines of Internal Controls. Signs all documents legibly and in accordance with S&P's.Act as liaison between guest(s) and management as relates to needs of guest(s) complaints and concerns. Maintain confidentiality of information and agree to and sign the Seminole Gaming confidentiality agreement.Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard free work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing workAppraising performanceRewarding and disciplining employeesAddressing complaints and resolving problems, ensuring compliance with State, gaming and Tribal laws. Direct reports include the Lead Rep and Players Club Reps on their assigned shift. Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. Demonstrated customer service experience and/or training or combination of education and experience.

Players Club Lead experience requiredComputer literate and good oral and written English communication skills. Multi-lingual desirable with good phone etiquette. Computer skills required Proficient in general math skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Must be able to work in a smoking environmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.As part of Seminole Gaming’s employment process, final candidates will be required to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to an offer being extended.
