**Make a Difference**
This position supports the Practice Administrator / Nurse Manager with the daily operations of the practices non-clinical staff, primarily in the front office.
**Exceptional Skills and Qualifications**
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
+ 2 year / Associate's Degree with 4 years relevant experience within a healthcare setting with Associate's Degree/ / OR year / Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience within a healthcare setting (preferred).
+ 5+ years experience in a healthcare environment in the areas of front office / and/or customer service, with 2 years of front office supervision or lead experience, billing background desired (required).
+ I **n lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.**
+ **Practice Management** : Supports the Practice Administrator/Nurse Manager in monitoring costs and staffing. Ensures appropriate personnel utilization and coordinates staff training. Manages time-off approvals and balances staffing needs. Communicates with Talent Management for recruitment and focuses on staff development and engagement.
+ **People Development** : Conducts performance reviews and provides HR input. Coaches and develops team members, aligning career growth with business goals. Creates an energetic and inclusive culture, encourages innovation, and facilitates change.
