What will I be doing?

The Marketing Supervisor-CC is responsible for the supervision of the Call Center Marketing department, including training, staffing, daily supervision, coaching, counseling team members, and verifying all call center bookings. The Supervisor leads all aspects of the call center to motivate team members and provide on-the-job training. The Supervisor is responsible for achieving and/or exceeding departmental monthly budgets for tours, VPG, volume, and conversions.

Additional Responsibilities include: Assists Call Center Marketing Manager with daily management and motivation of Marketing Agent teams. Maintains a minimum conversion percentage of leads weekly and monthly. Maintains a minimum VPG requirement monthly. Assists manager with daily, weeky and monthly reports, team member evaluations and payroll review and approvals. Assists with new hire training, consistent coaching and top grading talent on all programs within the call center. Learns and executes scripted Marketing presentations as provided by management. Verifies every booking by the Marketing team to ensure Corporate approved processes, qualifications and commitments are met. § Performs all required tasks of a Marketing Agent.
