Job Summary
The Pricing Supervisor will report to the Manager-Pricing & Incentives. This role will help lead and manage the Pricing department of GAF including the 5 Area Pricing Specialists +Canada/International Pricing Specialist (total 6). Effective team/individual coaching and mentoring methods are required to ensure the team attains departmental goals. This role will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and provide total problem resolution in a timely and efficient manner. The Supervisor will maintain solid interdepartmental and customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. The ideal candidate should have computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Suite, strong math skills, strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and be a confident leader.

Essential Duties

Support the GAF pricing objectives from an operational perspective for the following GAF businesses: Steep Slope (Residential), Canada, International.Accountable for the accuracy of list pricing, temporary price adjustments, job quotes, and rebatesManage resource workload based on business prioritiesManage communications/letters relating to price increases and ensure all price increases are completed in a timely fashionPartner with cross-functional support departments and Sales teams to ensure customer-facing price sheets and rebate documents contain all required products and legal statementsIsolate ineffective processes and offer suggestions for continuous improvements utilizing all available resourcesAct as an escalation point for policy issues with the field sales forceConduct mid-year and year-end performance reviewsWork with business leaders to develop departmental policies and plansHelp to implement IT change initiatives and dashboardsIdentifies and provides technical guidance for employees and colleaguesHelp to implement consistency across all areas


Under this roof we require

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)5 years of experience in Finance, Sales Support, or any other corporate work experience

Under this roof we value

4 or more years of experience Residential and commercial roofing industry
