**This is a Full Time, Day Shift, Supervisor - Provider Clinics position supporting Houghton Hospital!**
The Supervisor, Provider Clinics, manages daily operations of front and back-office physician practice with responsibility for achieving patient satisfaction, quality, compliance, financial and employee engagement goals.
**Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements**
**Education:** Required: High School diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred: Associates degree in business or healthcare administration
**Experience:** Preferred: One year of supervisory experience in a medical clinic setting
**Skills:** Ability to supervise performance and engage employees; Effective records management and regulatory compliance skills; Strong customer service skills; Performance Improvement and Quality skills; Oral/written communication for a variety of complex situations.
