Supervisor Quality RN

Under the general direction of the Manager Quality, this position is responsible for direction and oversight of the Department.  This includes planning, organizing, leading, implementing, monitoring and evaluating department functions, meeting management and the flow of information through committees. Ensures that the activities of the Department are conducted in a manner consistent with accreditation standards, the mission of Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, and established medical center policies and procedures. Works closely with Medical Staff leaders, hospital Administration and legal council on selected issues.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License  5 years of experience in data abstraction 5 years of Acute Care RN
