General Summary
Assists in managing the daily clinical operations of the speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, or physical therapy department. Facilitates program development and provides therapy services.

Assists in selecting staff, trains/orients personnel, evaluates performance, prepares work schedules and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Assists in developing budgets. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of the assigned patient population. Assesses and interprets patient age specific data and provides appropriate, age specific treatment. Provides direct patient care to assigned patient age group(s). Prepares written documentation as required by the profession and the department, such as evaluation results, individualized treatment plans, progress reports, and other such reports. Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise. Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation. Work Experience:
6 years Relevant experience. Required and Supervisory experience. RequiredLicenses:
