Supervisor Respiratory Care

Provides advanced clinical expertise, education, and consultation on Respiratory Care procedures for patients of all age groups in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care and practice and works to influence and promote change to improve standards of patient care through clinical practice, program development, and role modeling.  Participates in the selection, orientation, supervision, and evaluation of employees and initiates/implements disciplinary actions as required according to organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree Respiratory Care. Or A combination of education and directly related work experience. Upon hire: Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License  Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 90 days of hire National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association Within 90 days of hire National Provider PALS - American Heart Association Registered Respiratory Therapist. 3 years Leadership Experience
